I have never had a bad meal ever! Been eating here for over 15yrs and love there home cooked food💥👍🏼💥👍🏼💥👍🏼💥👍🏼

service was terrible, food was pretty good, but waitress was sick and contagious now I have a sinus infection. should have went to long john silvers instead of paying for disease. this was over the course of two separate visits I can go on with detailsbut basically they need to up their service because basic restaurant service is lacking here and now I have concerns about cleanliness and heath.

I always love visiting Cracker Barrel locations! We were on the road and it had started snowing, I was dying for a hot meal in the middle of the day. Never dissapointed here!

Always delicious "home-style" meals; friendly wait-staff and efficient service. And I always enjoy browsing their gift shop, especially for the holidays.

Staff was really friendly. Food was hot and delicious. Overall we were looking for a homemade meal and this hit the spot.

Great atmosphere, great food, southern fried chicken was delicious! Gift shop has some very cool items and selections. I truly enjoy coming here with family.

Not bad, chairs could be more comfortable, but food is decent. Used to go there a lot more though.

Their store is fair on their prices and the food is pretty decent. Definitely not a bad place to stop every now and then.

My favorite servers baileigh ,blair daisy. The best servers. The hostess need to learn to look at the poor people and not the screen. Not impressed with the hostesses.

First time going to a cracker barrel. I ordered a chicken salad (I'm not really a salad person) but I really liked it. Would definitely go back.

I really liked it first time at the ottawa restaurant. Everyone was very nice and I'm glad I got to talk to George his a nice person.

Seated quickly even though busy. Staff were very friendly. Food good. Regular size portions but more than enough!

Cracker Barrel used to be really good, but they have shrunk their serving and soft drink sizes and the food is not like it used to be. Also, this was the first time we had biscuits that were flat. Our waitress said they had a new biscuit maker. Well, she needed more training. Those shouldn't have even been served. We had a large family gathering in November and we thought we'd give it another try. We won't be going back for a long time. If at all. Disappointing.

Messed up our eggs and meats. The sausage patties were so thin, and I mean thin!!! Service was great though.

I love Cracker Barrel and this is one of the best ones I have been too. Great, friendly staff and the food is always on point. I recommend the Thursday special turkey dinner if you have not tried it yet. Also, I have not found a soup that I don't like :)

We had the new Country Fried Chicken today. It was Great!!!! Best Chicken I have had. Mashed potatoes and Broccoli were very good also. Brenda was our server and she was the Best!!!! I give her 5 STARS!♥️ Enjoyed going to Cracker Barrel in Ottawa Il today.

Great; plenty of food, but have in mind it's not fast food prices, but worth every penny. There was a line; they said it would be a ten minute wait, but it was really took four minutes for our table. The serve was nice and polite; she asked what we wanted to drink and mentioned one of the plates which we ordered. Very happy with the experience.

Cracker Barrel is our place to stop whenever we're on the road. The food is always consistently good and everyone working here is always helpful no matter what your needs are. The dining room is decorated with antique signs or advertisements and makes you nostalgic for "the good old days" when life seemed so much simpler. The attached country store always offers unique things to look at or buy.

The food was very good, the service was ok for how busy they were but we did have to wait for about 40 minutes after we were done eating for the server to come over and ask if we were done and ready for our check

I eat fish at restaurants like once in a blue moon, but this Cracker Barrel's lemon pepper trout was absolutely delicious.

Best cracker barrel I ate at in a long time

Usually a nice place, however our last visit was atrocious. Took 15, minutes to get a seat. 20 minutes to get a drink and 45 to get our food. However the first food brought out was not ours that was served to us and they took it back from us and i watched the server looking at me to see if i noticed that he gave the SAME tray off food to another table. Yum... i understand getting busy..BUT.. i would never want food that was previously served to some one else.

Really great service from our waitress Rachelle and the staff. Definitely coming back.

Staff is very helpful in gift shop. They do an excellent job of making beautiful gift bags. Nice selection of unique gifts. It's my go to place when I need something nice and I don't have a lot of time.

I got my southern fried food there. And it was awesome.

Stayed in ottawa for work couple weeks ago I had a great to go experience food was quick had country fried chicken it was very good. So stayed in Ottawa again tried the same order as last time called it in was told 15 minutes to pick up. Walked from hotel.they told me they had no order for me but manager hurried up my order I had to wait about 10 minutes more he took half of the bill so I think they did a good job correcting mistakes and food was very good again so I will be ordering again next time in town

Full Midwest charm, old Americana decor, friendly staff. Good variety of plates, red meat, fish, chicken, burgers and sandwiches.We will make it a regular stop when visiting the area in the future.

Food was awesome. Waiter was awesome and fast. Felt like I was home. Brown gravy was a bit salty. Had a hamburger steak. Very good.

I was seated at the first table next to the entrance. Meanwhile many tables were empty..I asked if I could get a different table. She seemed upset and put me next to that table. :( so after my waitress came I moved to a window seat. Please do not put a customer at the entrance when other tables are available!!

Our waitress was nicely attentive. We had the Sunday special. It was 2 Chicken breasts that were breaded and fried. With that we had 2 sides of our choice. We had the hashbrown casserole and baby carrots. Everything was cooked perfectly and we had leftovers to bring home! What could be better!

Food was great service was great. Our server was very busy with a big group and more but she still made sure she kept checking in with us. Much better than the Davenport location where we usually go

Pleasant service and good food. Typically enjoy my experience at Cracker Barrel which keeps me coming back!

Love them all and have never been disappointed. Oh wait. Yes I have. When they took away their chicken/rice dinner that was Sunday special I do believe. Please bring it back ASAP if you haven’t already. It’s been 3 months since I was at the Glendale Arizona one.

Good food. Friendly staff. BLT on grilled sour dough bread was the best!
